  Beautiful but a nightmare to build

  I was very torn about how many stars to give this.. It's beautiful and so unique and striking but it's an absolute nightmare to assemble. The YouTube video gives a hint but is basically useless when it comes to wiring it up for the electrics which is the important bit for safety and for it to work!! Crossing my fingers the thing works when it's wired in but have no idea if I've done it correctly. It's a great price but be prepared to pay an electrician to wire it up!

  Poor quality and difficult installation!

  Cons:1) Very difficult to install, the Youtube instructional video was useless as there was no close-up of what it looks like within the body. My husband is an electrical engineer and my father-in-law is a builder and even then it took us four hours to put this lamp together!2) Poor quality - the paintwork was flaking around the corners, the screws were poorly machined so the threading was uneven, the bulb fittings were very flimsy.3) NO EARTH!! Shocking. The internal wiring is poorly wrapped and bulky, obviously hiding an extra extension of the wires which reflects poorly on the quality. This made it very difficult to thread the wires through the multiple (and very sharp) washers and nuts. We ended up having to re-tape with insulation tape.4) Extremely bright. My lounge is 30m2 with 3m tall ceilings and this was blinding. We will find it difficult to entertain as it does not produce a soft and welcoming environment. If it was not so difficult to pop the glass covers on and off, I would swap all the bulbs for dimmer ones.Pros:1) It does look enough like the advertised picture. A unique light fixture.2) Packaging was solid. DPD obviously dropped/smashed the parcel but the internal contents were sound.3) We had 1 extra lightbulb and a few extra glass covers, so it did not matter that 1 cover was broken.Conclusion: I bought this on a gamble as it is cheaper than other similar fixtures. However because of the poor construction, I do not think it is value-for-money and in the future I will NOT repurchase.

  Pretty and bright light.

  This light was a bargain compared to similar ones elsewhere. Looks good when up but I do need to buy some dimmer bulbs as is current ones are very bright. Quality is what you would expect from the price, but nobody will ever look at the detail close up so not worried. Had a problem with light when first arrived as one branch didn’t work but had replacement delivered quickly and the seller couldn’t have been more helpful. Was a bit of a puzzle to put together but the you tube video helps to a point.

  Difficult installation otherwise a 5 star product

  With better build and installation instructions this could be a 5 star product for the price. The glass blown frosted bulb covers are delicate and quite beautiful - when the pendant is fully put together it's so lovely in the room.The support wire is long enough to hang the pendant nearly 2 meters (making the bottom of the pendant even lower) and can be adjusted to the height you want.The build process is not straight forward and quite fiddly. With better instructions I don't think this would otherwise be a problem. The only other issue is there is no grounding wire included in the kit (don't forget to ground your electrics).The seller is very helpful and went beyond what I expected to ensure I was happy in the end!

  Really good light, love it! A real feature in our newly done up house, great value for what you get

  Great light - we have put in our kitchen / dining room as a feature as per the picture.Moerun have been very helpful - a couple of the glass shades were broken in transit and they sent replacements promptly and efficiently.Took a little while to figure out how to put together, but got there fineMakes a real impression and much better value than fancy lights that retail for much moreNB as per Amazon and the instructions - it comes with non dimmable bulbs, so don't put on a dimmer!Peter

  Utterly terrible

  Terrible. Utterly terrible, qualified electrician could not assemble and arrived with glass shades broken. Couldn’t return before required date but would’ve so binned it instead. Really could not recommend at all and would give no stars but am required to give something.

  Great customer service

  Instructions were not clear and several parts were broken (lamp covers) also several of the spokes were unable to be undone to fit. Contacted the company and they arranged a replacement sent out straight away. Can’t fault their customer service !

  Big dramatic light but hardly any instructions

  Looks very striking. Dramatic light all working fine. Came with 2 spare glass shades which we neededInstructions of how to put together are almost nonexistent, but somehow we worked it out!
