  Absolute bargain!

  So glad I bought this, looks a lot more expensive than I paid and good quality too - real crystal not like some high street similar products double the price!Was difficult to install & two pairs of hands needed due to weight & support needed while wiring up and adjusting lengths.Can be adjusted to your liking in any configuration. Although there were a few broken crystals there are many spares provided...

  Classy looking light.

  Looks much more expensive than it was.Gives off lots of light especially with the extra down lighter in the top of the light A little fiddly to fit, another pair of hands would be helpful. 7 of the crystals were damaged, but 6 spares are supplied. Just waiting on the supplier to see if they can send another one out.All in all I would recommend this light.Update, the supplier sent out 10 more spare crystals so can't fault their customer service.

  These lights are really beautiful. Much better in reality than online. Pleased we bought the warm white ones, I think the bright white would have been too bright. They look a lot more expensive in reality than online. Really impressed with the lights and how fast they came.

  Simply stunning

  Read all the reviews before buying 2 of these, 1 for living room and one for dining room part of my open plan kitchen. I am in love with these!! Quite tricky to fit & definitely 2 people needed but so worth the effort. These look stunning and so expensive. I bought the warm white & I am so happy with them. They come really well packaged, mine were both perfect, no parts missing. Found the second one easier to put up, first one got a bit twisted until I got the knack. Tip...hold the fitting at full length drop before shortening the wires to your preferred position. They are easy to pull through but can’t be let out once you’ve adjusted them. Spare glass parts included but not needed in mine. Picture shown is living room light. Buy with confidence as these are truly stunning and worth treble the money!

  It does not light up at all!!

  Bought the light ring and it arrived just for us to find out it is faulty and doesn’t light up at all. As you can see on the picture the light is on but it doesn’t light up at all so I returned it back and had to pay the return postage which was almost £20. The seller did not refund me my postage money back considering the fact that I was sent a faulty light. So I do not recommend this product at all if I could give it 0 stars I would.

  Great Looking light, get help to install

  This light looks absolutely fantastic, really makes a difference to the room it is installed in. The light is a white light from the cool white version, so be aware of that. When fitting, it has great options in terms of having the circles in different positions, but I advise that you get a helper when installing as it is quite heavy and you will probably want to hold it up while adjusting the rings. In our case, we ended up with a lot of 'spare cords' (for height adjustment) which we had to somehow cram into the circular fitting rose - my recommendation is that if you are not going to adjust it again in future, tie a good knot and cut off the excess (obviously do not cut the excess powered cord!).The product overall is great quality, certainly not cheap looking, and the 'jewels' around the circles are actually glass. The product comes with some spare glass jewels - just as well as one of ours was broken, but with the spares, this was easily replaced.Overall, classy light, highly recommended as long as you can get help with the installation.

  Lovely light but poor service.

  Looks great in my living room. However I was unhappy with the service from the seller. There were no instructions in the box and to give credit to them they did send an e version.The screws were not long enough and when I complained I was told they were right but they really were not long enough to be able to hold the fixture in place so I had to go buy some longer ones, and I feel this is held in place more securely now.I had other missing pieces too, the crystals, i mentioned this but this was brushed over and I currently have one cracked crystal as it fell out in the installation process. Luckily it's not easily seen but the service did let down what is a beautiful product.

  Its stunning, but fiddley to put up

  Looks stunning ! Seriousley stunning.A bit fiddley to install and put together.Some of the glass squares had broken but there were plenty extras in the box, which was lovely to find. The colour is daylight so if using around other bulbs change them to the same colour temp for optimal wow factor.We looked around for a long time to find the right fitting and for this price it was amazing, in some otje depertment stors and shops the price is 3 to 4 times as much !!!

  Good light fitting

  So bad point- you are likely to need someone professional to put these up; the wires to adjust the length are VERY long- like 2mtrs - very easy to tangle and you need to coil them up in order to fit them into the base. We bought 3x so it took the best part of a day to put them up- look ok when up. Spare parts are thankfully included as some broken glass pieces when it was delivered but very easy to replace these. Looks ok and produces a warm pleasant light - great for the price.

  Difficult installation and Broken crystals

  Ordered this light after reading reviews, however i am totally disappointed by it. The light arrived on time but it is not at all easy to assemble, i had to pay electrician for two hours to install the light. Only after installation, you are expected to remove the plastic cover. When i removed the cover, I realized that many of the crystals are broken with edges tipped off.I reached out to amazon customer service to assist me with this and only response i got over and over again is to return it. I told that it would cost me money to un-install it but amazon was unwilling to help in any regards.It is not a value for money product and seems only a waste of money. I would stay away from such lights on amazon, specially with the lack of customer service.
