BRIEFTONS EXPRESS MANUAL FOOD CHOPPER: 2 CUP

MANUAL PUMP CHOPPER, NO ELECTRICITY: Push the pump handle down a few times to chop, dice, and mince by hand. No cord, no batteries, no noise. The clear 2-cup bowl lets you watch your results; the more you press, the finer the chop, so you stay in full control. One-handed operation suits left- or right-handed cooks, families, seniors, and small kitchens. Goes from raw onions to finely chopped in about 60 seconds with three quick steps.

TEAR-FREE ONIONS, FAST PREP: The lid and pump sit on top during chopping and trap onion vapors, so no watery, stinging eyes. Quickly prepares onions, garlic, tomatoes, herbs, fruits, and vegetables for salsa, salad, pesto, hummus, guacamole, coleslaw, soups, and baby food. A practical onion chopper and garlic chopper for everyday meals, meal prep, and entertaining.

SMALL, COMPACT, AND PORTABLE: With a 2-cup capacity and a weight of about 0.36 kg, this mini hand chopper fits anywhere. The pump handle collapses and locks down for compact storage that saves drawer and counter space. Lightweight and packable for RVs, travel, camping, dorms, apartments, boats, and tiny kitchens. The clear see-through bowl doubles as a mixing and serving bowl, so there is one less dish to fill.

MADE OF BPA-FREE ABS PLASTIC AND 420J2 STAINLESS STEEL: The food-safe ABS plastic body and clear bowl pair with a single 3-leaf 420J2 stainless steel chopper blade. Built from durable materials to last through everyday use. The sharp blade stays concealed inside the bowl while you work, keeping hands away from the cutting edge, unlike loose knives. The anti-skid base grips the counter so the chopper stays put.

PARTS COME APART, EASY TO CLEAN: Every piece separates for cleaning. The lid and chopper blade are top-rack dishwasher safe; hand-wash the pump handle and the bowl, and do not submerge the pump. Components rinse clean under running tap water in seconds, so cleanup is quick after every batch.

HANDLES SOFT FOODS, KNOW THE LIMITS: Works well for soft nuts such as walnuts or pecans in small batches, and small amounts of soft, boneless cooked or raw meat for meatballs or fillings. Not for bones, ice, or hard or frozen foods. Also great as a cauliflower ricer, salsa maker, coleslaw chopper, and manual food processor for Indian cooking.

GREAT GIFT AND COMPLETE BUNDLE: A practical gift for weddings, housewarmings, birthdays, and the holidays, and a handy tool for college students and new cooks. Each box includes the green Brieftons Express Food Chopper (BR-EX-03), a printed manual, and 5 downloadable Brieftons recipe eBooks for salsa, salad, vegan, vegetarian, and raw dishes, emailed after purchase. No separate keep-fresh lid is needed since the bowl serves and stores.
