TAYLORS EYE WITNESS FORTE RANGE 20CM BREAD KNIFE

✅ ONE KNIFE FOR ALL BREADS. This multi-purpose cooking knife is ideal for carving through any type of bread, its large serrated blade will create friction and grip tough crusts on rustic homemade sourdough, like a saw, that a plain edge knife simply couldn't tackle. It makes light work of splitting cake layers, slicing squishy tomatoes and cutting stacked sandwiches without making a mess of your food or crushing your bread. Can also be used to carve thin precise slices of meats, such as steak.

✅ BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC DESIGN. The traditional antique brass rivets offset by the modern silver coloured sheen of the blade, mixing the old with the new, means it would suit both contemporary and traditional farmhouse kitchens alike. Ground in Sheffield by skilled craftspeople. A must-have for your cutlery drawer. Composite water resistant handles give hardwearing longevity. This range of utensils would also stick to a magnetic storage block, holder, stand or rack/bar.

✅ FULL TANG FOR STRENGTH AND DURABILITY. The mark of a high quality kitchen aid is when the single piece of metal runs through the entirety of the knife from the point of the tip to the butt of the handle and flanked by the ergonomically designed scales whose endstop ensures a secure non-slip grip. Its full tang design means it's well balanced for comfort even after prolonged use. Its symmetry means it's suitable for both right and left-handed users. An essential basic tool.
