Having seen several comments about damage on arrival, these arrived very well packaged, retail box was inside a bigger box with lots of inflated wrap and all glasses are intact.We'd seen them while at a hotel, liked them and these didn't disappoint.

Very poor packaging and should have believed others who commented on this and not bought the glasses which were for a present . Awful awful . I would not buy any more unless packaging was improved

I didn’t have to return the rest of the glasses, just send photos of the broken glass. I also sent photos of the packaging, which looked sound with no obvious signs of damage. Overall the glasses are lovely and I use them regularly.

These glasses are very poor quality and each glass was slightly different. I believe they glasses were seconds or even faulty. I had to pay for the return postage - even though the glasses were faulty. Unsatisfactory customer service.
