Unfortunately one of the flutes was cracked when it arrived. Therefore I got in touch with Product Pro and they arranged for replacements to be sent ASAP. I was impressed with the service and would purchase from them again.

- How can I order 8 of these?Hi, The easiest work around we have found is for the customer to order the 12, email us to let us know they have done so then we manually alter the order and give a partial refund. This has been successfully carried out for several customers. We may look to amending the listing or adding another in the future.
- What’s the dimensions please ?Same as a standard champagne flute without going to physically measure it. Hope this helps
- Are these polycarbonate and are they dishwasher safeHi, these are not polycarbonate but a polystyrene version of our polycarbonate item (B08171WCNN) They are dishwasher safe and maintain their finish for 500+ cycles. They share a lot of similarities with polycarbonate versions in strength being chip resistant and virtually unbreakable.
- Hi, can I apply a heat transfer vinyl to these? Will they melt? What type of plastic are they made out of?The flutes are made produced from a high density polystyrene making them very strong and durable. Many people do personalise them so you’ll be fine.
