Bought this for my friends 18th last year and boyfriends 18th this year, and have been equally impressed with both purchases. Not only were they packaged in the lovely box shown in the descriptive picture, but the glass was stirdy and the personalisation looked lovely. Brilliant purchase at a great price, will definitely buy for more of my friends

Lovely gift for my son's 18th, was a bit tricky to get the personalisation on it as there wasn't a box to add it so had to message them twice to make sure they got it right

This was great to give as a gift to my boyfriend for his 18th. It arrived on time, the only trouble I had was with the gift box it arrived in - it was slightly damaged and didnt look too good however the seller was very quick to communicate back to me and send me a new box which was in top condition and made the present look a whole lot nicer overall :)

I was impressed with communication. Acknowledgement of order and update when despatched. I collected this yesterday, as I'd missed my delivery. Really impressed, very heavy, engraving lovely. Very pleased as it was a gift.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ ... well packed all engraved as I asked which was easy to do just message them

I received it promptly and very well packed all engraved as I asked which was easy to do just message them. The box is beautiful all satin inside. The tankard itself is so well made and heavy. I am so happy and for just £8.99 and free post such a good buy postage alone could have been that price. I can highly recommended it
