Had a knick in glass so asked for exchange.Comunication with seller was excellent, second glass received but sadly again had a chip in it, was sharp. Unable to give as a gift so had to bin both.Didn't contact stellar again for refund.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 June 2014Imperfection in GlassRecently purchased this item as a birthday present yet sadly when it arrived at my house there was an imperfection in the glass above the writing of Happy just up above the letter H. Seemed to be an air bubble so obviously quality control have missed this defect in the glass as it should have been scrapped instead of selling it and trying to get away with it. Hopefully its a one off and there's not a batch of them like it. Felt a rating of 1 would have been extremely harsh considering air bubbles do occur but need quality control to pay more attention.However any rating over 3 would have been not suitable considering there was this noticeable mistake. Even though there was this mistake it is a very nice birthday present and looks good. Unsure whether to purchase another one in case of the same mistake occurring!

- Is this dishwasher safe?Hi! Recipient never actually used it but the box says "Hand Wash Only - Not suitable for Dishwasher/Microwave. Wash by hand only in warm water. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or cleaning pads. Leave to dry". However, I bought this 10 years ago and things might have moved on by now!! Hope that helps!
