Customer questions and answers

  • What are the measurements for this heater? Looks really large on pictures
    Hi there - The Product Dimensions are (W x D x H) - 42cm x 15cm x 65.6cm
  • Can this be used with a smart plug to programme when to come on/off
It should work but I'd advise extreme caution. This device is rated at 2kW so anything between it and the wall socket needs to handle a very high current draw. The heater has its own inbuilt timer, which may be of use to you. I haven't used that feature myself so I can't say how good it is. • Does it work if plugged on philips hue smart plug with bluetooth ? (want to turn it on/off via home kit
Save your money and buy something else.the first one I got was badly put together, sent it back and got an exchange one, slightly better built but doesn't throw out much heat. Totally disappointed with the brand, looks nice but that is all.

Most likely, is that the room temperature is already at 23. We’ve got 3 of these heaters for use where we need extra heat at certain times of day and they all work well alongside the underfloor heating which works more as gently fluctuating background heating. Take your heater to a cold area, leave it there for a time to settle then turn it on. That will tell you if the thermostat is working. see less
