The ice cubes on the image are photoshopped in as the channel to insert the water is only about 5mm wide. It’s generally a glorified desk fan. Feel conned. The questions they ask for ratings are manoverability, ease of use, portable. They all are but that’s aside from the fact the the product does not meet the depicted image.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 October 2021Water is quite hard to addThe fan and the water misting works great but hard to refill.The water is added to a hole at the top, around 5-8mm wide and is sealed in with a plug. The water reservoir is in the base of the unit.The biggest issue I found was trapped air. when filling it up, air bubbles would get trapped and prevent it from being filled completely. I think there is some sort of valve but eventually you get bubbles up. Alternatively you can stick something like a chopstick in there to clear the air and allow water to go back in.It's also quite difficult to add icy water. I have another unit which I have access to add in ice. For this one, due to the way water is applied, can't support that. this is a bit misleading as the listing shows icy water in the picture.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 July 2021Mild cooling at bestcheap lightweight. it is definitely not an air conditioner. so don't expect arctic blasts around your penguins.It does have some cooling properties but my expectations were higher than the product seems to deliver.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 August 2021NO POWER ADAPTER INCLUDED!!!The worst thing is that the power adapter is not included!!! it is a big scandal that customers need to pay an extra £10 in order to buy a compatible adapter that has power input DC5V/2A and C - type connector that allows users to plug this portable air conditioner in. That suppose to be provided by the manufacturer as a must, otherwise, a large group of clients might return the product to the Amazon seller directly.

On one of them if you selected the 3rd fan setting it would just switch off. No cool air came out at all, waving a piece of paper in front of your face would have been better.
