AURAGLOW INDOOR OUTDOOR DOUBLE UP & DOWN WALL LIGHT BLACK

Customer Review

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Works with larger bulbs like Philips Hue GU10

I’m quite amazed really, to say this wasn’t expensive, it looks and feels about four times the price. I was looking for an external light that accepted larger GU10 bulbs (I have two colour hue bulbs that i wanted to use) and this is perfect. I have a ring video doorbell which detects movement, so I use the doorbell trigger to turn this new light on via the ‘if this then that’ app and it works flawlessly. If i want to use the light, i leave it turned on all the time and turn the hue bulbs off via the hue app on my ipad - don’t buy the light with the sensor if you want to use hues as it won’t work very well.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Great quality - all aluminium build

Ordered two of these in black and VERY impressed with the build quality. Solid aluminium build and has rubber seals around the joins and the screws. Feels like it should last a long time and should not leak - I will update this once they have had a few showers. The only consideration is that the cabling needs to come through the back of the bracket and while this works in most installations it could be a concern if you wanted to run a cable down the wall into the unit.Good looking and the light is nice and bright.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Outside house light.

This is a nice solidly built light that reflex up and down.My new house number can now be seen at night from the road which is about 30 odd ft away.An electrician fitted it. He had a small problem connecting the wiring to get the PIR detector working but eventually got that sorted.(I’m not sure why) it works so I’m happy.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Nice light but fiddly
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 January 2020
Lovely light but very fiddly to install. Small screws at top and bottom of light which are difficult to reach once the back plate of the light is attached to the wall. You need a long thin screwdriver which has a magnetic top as the screws are very small and fall easily. Once installed looks smart and provides a very good light.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Good outside lights

These will need somebody that understands electric to install. The motion detector is good and a good price.

Very Good Lights. Arrived well packed. I was able to mount these using a good external adhesive, so not necessary to drill brickwork. Good illumination, I purchased three lights all working perfectly.
