It has the modern look I was after and is very comfortable.The set itself is sturdy but I do take the cushions in at night or if its extremely windy.It was easy to put together but there are a couple of stands of rattan I feel I will glue down underneath.I love this set.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 July 2021Could be betterWas going to buy a second set but -1) Some of the plastic "rattan" straps where they are stapled/tacked to the seat base frame are loose in places - so if left will unwind. The fixings are not doing the job of securing the strips to the metal frame, this was noticed even before they had been sat on.2) Both seats had a fixing in the same place where the bolt would not go fully home even when disassembled to check. The fact that both chairs had the exact same issue suggests a manufacturing fault. Cleaning the threads with taps and dies did not help. The chair is still stable enough though when assembled.Chairs are comfortable.After one damp night (no rain) rust was seen where the metal is folded at the corners of the lower legs, I've applied some waxoyl which should prevent further issues. I did expect this so no surprise.I may just have been unlucky with my set but as the title "Could be better".

Instructions are easy to read and once built it looks good and the cushions are comfortable. Ideal for people with short legs which I have. For the price paid I'm very pleased with it .

- How high is the seat from the floor plsThe chair is 37cm for the chair base and 43cm including the cushion
- Is the cushions waterproofI would say showerproof rather than waterproof, but I don't leave our cushions out, and the cushions have only had light rain on them. Hope this helps.
