- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2021Delighted - but the instructions are wrong!I chose this product because I wanted garden chairs that didn't need cushions that have to be stored somewhere. Arrived earlier than predicted, looks great, is very comfortable and such a good price. But - the instructions are wrong! When you attach the rear legs to the chairs, part A is the right back leg, as you sit on the chair, NOT as you look at the chair. So the first diagram in the assembly instructions is wrong. The picture on the previous page which shows the various parts is right - but is shown from a different angle and I didn't spot the difference, so wasted half an hour before I realised that I was right and the instructions were wrong. I contacted the suppliers to inform them. They replied within 24 hours with apologies and will correct the instructions. As it says on the instructions, much easier to build with two people - you should only put the screws is loosely till it's all assembled so it's not stable so tricky to do on your own.

I was very disappointed about delivery, but the firm used is Yodel so I was then not surprised that it was delayed. I ordered express delivery and it took a week. I have never had good delivery experiences with Yodel. They left the parcel on my doorstep, they seemed to think this was a "safe place"The set itself needs assembling, bit fiddly, but one person can do it.On the whole it's a good set of garden furniture, but as said perhaps smaller than expected. Table is quite low, more of a coffee table.In the end you get what you pay for and this set is cheap compared to what is on the market.Ps on assembling there was a bolt missing and there were not enough washers. I have contacted seller who have asked me to purchase and claim back money. Ok, they have tried to help, but I'm not really happy about now having to go out and source the missing items.pps the seller sent me another set of screws and bolts.

It comes pack flat but is easily assembled without to much skill. The instructions are clear but due to size of some components 2 people will find assembly easier than one. If a small ratchet set is available this will work better than the enclosed spanner.

Less than 2 months old the 2 seater chair broke at the hinges where it is poorly soldered. The chairs and table now have started to rust so are definitely not fit for outside! Contacted company several times and after initial acknowledgement, I sent photos as requested and followed up twice since but still no reply or solution. I would avoid buying from here, I wasted £120.00 on them.
