- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 June 2021Frame twisted and damaged.We put this up to cover 2 garden cupboards that I also bought, as I wasn't sure how waterproof they would be and didn't want the items in there to get water damaged over the 1 week period between having one shed removed and another one erected in its place.I'm very disappointed to see that whilst no water has come through, the fabric has maybe done too good a job and has allowed it to collect. This has placed weight on the roof stays which have then folded back in on themselves. In doing so, they have actually caused the stays that run along the sides of the roof canopy to become bent and twisted in places.I'm now going to have to contact Master Canopy about a replacement frame and possibly a roof, as part of it became trapped in the roof stays when they bent back in on themselves at the joints.Although the roof isn't torn it is all creased and you can see where the fabric has been compromised, which will no doubt be a weak point liable to letting water in at some point in the future.Also, I really wouldn't attempt to put this up on your own if you want to get the frame nice and lined up properly and fully extended without giving yourself a hernia!All in all I'm disappointed. I chose master canopy because I thought that the frames would be better quality than the lesser known brands for sale. I actually bought two of these but haven't even unboxed the 2nd one. I'm now wondering whether to bother or just sell it on.

Me and my husband assembled it in 20 min, but we did it for first time. For next time we could do faster.The hight of Gazebo is adjustable, we use it on highest level.The frame is heavy and looks very strong. We didn't used it on windy day, but it is so heavy and sturdy so I think the wind can't do damage for this Gazebo. The idea with sand bags on legs is great.We used Gazebo on rainy day and it is really waterproof. The side panels is easy to put on and to remove if need.Really pleased with purchase.I'm thinking to leave it assembled for all summer, hope I'll haven't any problems.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 October 2021Nice but really not so goodI ordered this to set up near a rented marquee for my daughters wedding party.Ordered through Amazon, very efficient service, got it delivered within few days, five stars to amazon.When opened found a hole on the white bag which contains the canopy, when setting up it took two persons as it is bit hard to lift, maybe its new. Slides are very good with zip and had no problems it stayed put with Halfords leg weights. Next day when I dismantled it I did by my self, no problem. During the night and early morning it had some dew on the roof, when dismantled I though the fabric and my fingers became wet, the fabric is very thin and you can see light if you see through it, I did not except this low quality material on the Master Cononpy.

It takes four men to erect it one person one each corner. Once pulled out and locked it is very robust. It was seen on Antiques Road Show from Scotland being erected in the background by four crew members. It can only be temporarily used in light winds only and not left erected and unattended. Very disappointed with it and very misleading because it is not until you open the box do you get the leaflet telling you all its dangers, very misleading. Can I return the whole package to you for a return of my £200 purchase??

Instructions are a tiny bit unclear but when you look at the actual kit it’s easy to assemble - I did it myself and I’m a 5’2 woman. Completely waterproof, we had it in several heavy showers over the course of a whole day and nobody got wet. Comes with sandbags to make it extra sturdy. Lots of Velcro bits so if someone accidentally leans on the sides, it doesn’t rip. Easy to take down. Comes with a wheelie bag so you can transport it. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We did have an issue with the canvas top not having any fixings to tie it to the frame, but this was quickly rectified by the supplier who sent us a new one. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

- Bought april 21. 2.5 x 2.5m in black. first use may. lots of holes in roof where stitched, starting to rust and bracing won't now lock on roof?Oh no! That’s rubbish! We have only used ours once so far so not really in a position to comment……..
- Has every side got zips running down them?Yes all 4 sides zip together one side also has middle zip. Only minus is none of the sides has a window and you can't purchase a matching windowed panel
- Door wallYes.
- How heavy is it?Is on wheels when in the bag so easy to transport. Definitely at least 2 person to move once up to put in to position but not heavy
