  Buyer beware

  Do not buy this product. I rarely leave negative reviews but have no choice with this.When first opening the box all looked well, came in a smart storage bag etc. Putting it up was a little tricky as the instructions are not very clear. This was amplified by the fact that the metal parts are shoddily made and therefore do not fit together well. Once the frame was finally erect it became clear this product is only suitable for dwarves. I am only F5'06 and I was nearly banging my head walking through parts of it (yes it had been fully extended! Family members also checked this as they were surprised how low it was).Going back to the shoddily made part, at the slightest gust of wind the frame is prone to wharping and bends. This was not fit for purpose and will be taken to the dump. It was not used for the party it was intended for as we had genuine concerns about safety should anything more than a light breeze arise.In interest of fairness, the roof and side material were good quality. The package arrived quickly. Having done further research after purchase similar negative reviews can be found on other websites which sell this. Lesson learnt, research more in future. For the price I wasn't expecting an amazing gazebo, but certainly better quality than the one received.

  This gazebo frame buckled after a moderate rainfall, and the plastic fittings snapped. Not fit for purpose and poor customer service!
