  Not impressed - Customer service not the smoothies experience ever either..

  It maybe just experience that I’ve had with this item, assembly is very simple, at the first glance it seems well built and with quality, that’s until you open it up and see that despite almost no wind the umbrella part itself does not lock in however much tension you apply to the string ( yes it went into the slot ) and so it wants to take off all the time and the part that keeps the banana arm at the angle is made out of plastic - combined with constant tension from the wind - it cracked at the 3rd use of the item and became unsafe... but of a back and forward with the seller but managed to return eventually - advice - don’t throw the packaging for a week or so from buying as they will want it for the return !

  Almost good enough

  It's all quality stuff until you get to the text free instructions which leads to a bit of head scratching. Then there's a plastic sleeve that slips over a joint. Not man enough for the job imho, it's made from a fairly soft plastic which deforms too easily if (when) you forget to remove it having not understood the 'instructions' properly.

  It broke very soon after we brought this and still haven’t heard back from the company to see if they can replace it for us had it less than a month

  Lovely parasol

  Saw one of these on B & Q. So much cheaper on Amazon. It's a fantastic parasol. The coverage is brilliant. Our back garden is a sun trap and can get quite hot. This shades us and our plants too. We bought the weights too

  Great Product Amazing Value

  This is a great product, plenty of shade, easy assembled and sturdy. Some people mention it swings in the wind but obviously don’t realise there’s a locking mechanism in the base to prevent this. You can loosen and then swing the parasol to where you want shade and retighten to lock and hold. The parasol does flap about in the wind but I’ve prevented this with a bit of rope tightened to the frame see pic. Great value for money and very pleased.

  Don’t buy it

  This parasol is pants.As others have reviewed, it is flimsy, and no matter how much tension you put, the shade doesn’t sit properly, it flies about all over the place.I have used it maybe 6/7 times and it has broken. The string used in the pulley is very thin and has snapped.I would not recommend this parasol at all. Cheap rubbish in my opinion

  Bad design - not up to the job!

  Easy to assemble but the design is faulty. There is a useless plastic cover sleeve which is supposed to go over the angled arm, but it doesn't stay put in the right place and therefore the angled joint is weak. Also, the umbrella blows around far too much in the slightest of wind and after trying to use on two attempts have given up!Very disappointed.

  Terrible product do not buy. Sways around in the wind too much and when you try to tighten it the cable breaks. Complete waste of money, wish I’d paid attention to the previous terrible reviews
