Frequently Asked Questions
1My sun shade has no fixing kit
It did have a fixing kit.
2How long is the rope that is included?
About 4ft but it’s the sort of rope you can get at any decent hardware store
3Would this be effective inside a glass roofed conservatory in order to reduce the heat during summer months?
The sail reduces the direct heat from the sun and allows the air to flow beneath it. I would use one in a conservatory
4Are the metal parts in the fitting kit rust-proof? For example, stainless steel.
This sail is great just the job, no idea if the fixings are rust proof as installed it with a sail fixing kit with adjustable tightners so this enabled it to be removed so it never really got wet.

Customer Review
- ★★★★★ Has no trouble with winds and rain didnt break through the storms great!Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 July 2019This is a thing of art! I own a daycare for dogs and use this outside for shade. It gives fantastic shade but the fact it allows water through and the wind as well is the best bit about it. I have left it out and up since I got it, through the recent storms and it's been fantastic. Will be ordering a few more no doubt!
