Customer Review
- ★★★★★ Don't bother, it's poor quality. Refund process is also too long.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 June 2020After just one day of installation, the corner tether eyelets are showing signs of coming apart. After just 10 minutes of using the additional stability eyelets they have already torn and begging to rip.I would not recommend this to anyone.Photos attached.Don't bother with this, the refund process is also 14 working days from receipt of the item back at the vendors.
- ★★★★★ PoorReviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 March 2021Went up on Tuesday-ripped under a slight breeze on Wednesday . Terrible quality- save your money
- ★★★★★ DissatisfiedReviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2020Seriously don’t bother buying this product after a day it ripped at the corners because the fabric attached to the rings isn’t strong enough. We were guttered as it seemed great for half a day, the annoying thing is we spent a lot of money buying posts to attach it. You get what you pay for.
- ★★★★★ Rubbish material quality.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 September 2020Bought this as a cover over our hot tub, used the eyelets and rings supplied along with suitable tethering rope. The fabric around the loops has failed and gone powdery and brittle.Poor quality and not at all as the product description makes our.
