- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 May 2021Lovely sturdy orange sail.Lovely shade of orange sail which appears sturdy and well made. Nice draw string bag for storage. Make sure you allow distance for fixing ropes at corners, the whole footprint of the installation is much bigger than the sail itself (true for any make of sail). Despite reading and understanding the instructions we had to reassess the position once we had received it and could try it in situ. You need to order a separate fixing kit. We ordered a fixing kit that came with orange rope and it matches beautifully. Gives good shade. Yet to test how shower proof it is and don’t expect it to stop a deluge. We are hoping it stops bird mess over our seating area. Our 3m square sail does have a central seam as expected. This is not an issue for us and doesn’t particularly detract from the look. The tips around making sure the seam faces down the slope when you install it (so rains runs across not through) are really useful.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 October 2021Good quality materials and constructionInstalling the sail is not difficult - providing the surfaces you want to position the hooks on are actually in the correct place for the sail dimensions! Looks great up and prides good shade - couldn’t grade the waterproof feature as it hasn’t rained when it’s been up as yet!

It certainly does reduce sun penetration far more than a canvas type material and has a very good shade/cooling effect. Value for money if you want good shade and a good cooling effect.

The only problem is as it says water proof if it is left up in the rain the rain sits on top and caused the sail to droop with the weight of the rain. It does not run off as I thought it would even though we put it up slanted like it said we should. As it always holds the rain the sail has started to sag in the middle and has lost shape. So if you are buying one do not leave it attached if it rains. It's very disappointing

Middle seam is not waterproof, stitching isn't great, rain leaks through which bothers me, other than that it's a nice bright garden feature with a bit of shade

Looks well made as is as was advertised. Other suppliers couldn’t meet the demand. These could. Reliable prompt and competitive on price.
