It was the delivery company we had a problem with. A note was put through the door saying that we missed them! Our 24 year old son was actually in at the time but the door bell did not sound. My husband drove into the drive before the delivery van departed but the person delivering was not interested enough to acknowledge this.I decided to ring the delivery Company The following morning and I said that I would collect the item before they shut the shop. I arrived in good time, to a mobile established in a rundown potholed drive which was almost impossible to drive along. The girl who was at the reception was not particularly interested in my identification. And when I collected the item she didn’t ask me to sign for it. This had been stipulated on the form which have been posted to me the day before. I decided to tell her about the delivery the day before and that we were not impressed with this. The girl again was not particularly interested in what I had to say. I came away feeling annoyed and let down.This delivery company were shockingly bad. I hope that people using them in future think twice before they employ them.

It’s incredibly difficult to return the mirror if it is not suitable for you as the seller makes it really complicated with added ridiculous charges for re-stocking & collection that will then be removed off your refund. Very unhelpful service as well :(

When I purchased it I was worried it would be too narrow but it’s a good width. Not heavy at all I was actually impressed at how light it was considering the size. Absolutely fantastic value for money!

We have it on the landing and it works well there.The weight made it a little difficult to hang on the wall but once done it looks great. We did notice a strong smell when it was first unpacked which must have been the packaging because after two or three days all was well. Would recommend this mirror as a good addition to a home.

Couldnt ask for anything more perfect for my bedroom.. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. I love as does my partner. Thank you seller. Great..!!!

- What kind of fixings does this have?I didn’t fix mine to the wall as it’s too heavy and the chain I had to hang it broke!! Luckily the mirror didn’t! So for safety reasons it’s standing leaning against the wall and looks??
- What does the mirror weigh?Hi, I can’t give you a weight but it is a good solid mirror. If you were putting it on the wall be sure to have good fixtures. I bought it for daughters bedroom and use as a lean to mirror. It is very beautiful and looks more expensive than it was. Hope this helps.
