  Nice Mirror But.......

  Once this mirror is installed, it is lovely and exactly what I wanted BUT, the fixings on the back of the mirror are not fitted correctly so the on-off button at the front of the mirror would be off-centre if you are not very careful and put fore-thought into how you are going to fix this to the wall. There is no fixing template supplied. My husband managed it by making the screw holes in the wall higgledy-piggledy in order so that the mirror would face correctly. Nightmare to fit.Other reviews say the same so be warned!Also, our first mirror was returned because it flickered badly. I purchased a replacement and then returned the faulty one over 2-weeks ago. I'm still awaiting the refund! See my additional review about the seller.

  Smart well built mirror, easy to install. Ideally I wanted it to illuminate when main light came on but touch sensor needs to be activated each time (unsuprised).

  Unlike other reviews regarding the issue that the fixings do not line up with the light, I must say mine was perfect straight out of the box. This may have been an issue previously but rest assured mine was right. The mirror itself is great quality. I wanted the rear light and this was exactly what I was looking did. Great price, was delivered by Royal Mail which although a little confusing was great as they typically treat larger items well. It was easy to install with no faffing around. The light, if wired to your main lights will not turn on together. You will need to manually switch it on by pressing the button. Also note the heated pad comes on with the light and has no separate switch. If you can live with that then I highly recommend this mirror.

  Not 100% steam free and the fixing holes are not perpendicular to the button switch

  I ended up returning the item as when my plumber fitted it, we realised that the fixing holes are the back weren't perpendicular to the button switch at the bottom, which mean the button looked off-centre and did bother us quite a bit, one would assume that this would have been planned in the factory (the seller suggested we drill a new hole in the wall to adjust but we refused, because see following). The other reason was that the heating pad inside the miror do not cover the all surface, so you will end up with a partially steam free mirror (you can make out where the pad is as the rest is all covered in steam) .The seller offered to send a new one (no exchange required) but we had the exact same issue with the pad, this time the fixing holes were correctly placed. at the end we decided to send it back and ask for a refund as we expected a 100% steam free miror, as it was claimed to be.It does look good though, so if you can live with the issue I described, then go for it.

  Not like the photo - cheaply made mirror

  When I bought this mirror I’d hoped I’d found an led mirror for good value. Despite the lower cost compared to other mirrors I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It is a cheap looking mirror with a low quality led lighting unit randomly glued on the back. The unit is glued in such a way that you wouldn’t get even distribution of light and it would make it extremely difficult to install centrally.For these reasons I sent the unit back which was by no means easy - the customer service made this very difficult but they eventually refunded me.

  Looks incredible in my new bathroom. Installed by my builder so I don't know how easy it was to fit but it really looks stunning lighting up the slate tiles behind it.
