- How do you stop the top of the jar blackening with smoke, it spoils the look of the jar every time?I had the same problem,but now I cut the wick back,every time before I light the candle. If the wick is to long,the flame is bigger and it blackened the rim of my Yankee Candle every time. But not anymore. It does work for me.
- What is the height of the candle with the cap on ? Thank youHi it was bought as gift for xmas so can't tell you bit if you go in shop selling Yankee candles like Clinton they are genuine product and same size off this site. A medium size one is 5& half inches ( 14 cm) if that's any help
