Delivery Information
If your order comes through to us before 11am we will despatch it that day.
Your sofas will be automatically despatched on a standard Kerbside 2-5 working day delivery, the courier will call you to arrange delivery.
Delivery is to the kerbside and you will need to have someone there to help you bring the sofas into your property, the driver is not insured to help you bring the goods into your home

Express Delivery
You can opt for Express Delivery – this costs £20 and is a Kerbside service. If we receive your order before 11am we will despatch it that day and deliver it on the following working day.
You need to be available at the property all day on the day of delivery – we are not able to give you a time window.

Upgrade to Two Man Delivery
If you need a delivery service where the goods are delivered into your home – to your room of choice – we can offer a 5-10 day, Two-Man Delivery.
The courier will call your to arrange a day and timeslot for delivery.
We can upgrade you to this service free of charge on orders being delivered to Mainland England and Wales.
For lower areas of Scotland Upgrade will be £50.

Please make your mobile telephone number is correct when you progress through the checkout and you can be contacted on it in working hours. Note we confirm despatch and delivery/ tracking information to you via SMS

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland. This includes the following postcode areas: AB, IV, KW, KA27-28, PA20-80, PH17-50, HS, ZE, JE, GY, IM, TR21-2525, BT, PO30-PO41.
