  Thought I might need one of these for when I get older as I have a back problem so took the chance to get one as the price is better than any I had seen around and tried. It turns out I needed it as my back took a turn for the worst so it got a complete trial and it passed in every way. It is comfortable and very helpful in everyday use but not only that it is well made and looks great, well worth it in every aspect I thoroughly would recommend this chair to and may purchase another one very soon for a family member.

  Can't say about durability after 1 day The chair is fantastic. Others costing twice as much don't compare. I'm 6 ft 2 And 150kgs with a hernia. This is a life saver. Great leather, easy remote. Add 700 pounds and you will get the same from lazy boy. Amazon are no quibble. I'm a happy customer.

  Absolutely fantastic. Purchased for my sick father and he loves it. I couldn't believe the quality and it looks so much more expensive, arrived a day early. Would highly recommend.

  Chair for my dad 87yrs

  The Chair arrived well before estimated delivery date without much notice. I ordered it for my dad. Thankfully the chair is ok, but the packaging was in a terrible state. It seemed it had been returned as there was a note inside stating from ???. It was obvious it had been repacked, not very well at all. We kept the chair but felt disappointed as my dad felt it was second hand. Although this may seem petty, as the chair was ok. But I felt it had been picked up from one person then delivered straight to my dads as it was almost the next day. There was no instructions for assembly or how to use the remote we had to work that out for ourselves. The chair is very quiet in motion and works well.

  Great comfortable chair

  Really please with the product. I read the other reviews regarding delivery and corresponded with the seller and delivery company requesting the product be placed inside the property and not left on the doorstep. Part of the problem is the item is delivered by one person and the chair is very heavy. That aside the chair is wonderful. The only problem is everyone who visits my mum keeps sitting in it.Its very easy to control and the movement is smooth and not too slow. I am considering getting one for myself - Its so comfortable!!

  My mum loves this

  My mother has slowly become more disabled over time and was having serious trouble getting in and out of a normal sofa/chair. This item came in 2 parts (back and seat/arm rest unit). Very easy to connect together, lovely quality leather. Big buttons, easy to use for those hard of sight. Now my mum gets to enjoy watching the telly and chatting in the sitting room with people without having to ask for help giving her the independence she so badly missed. Just remember not to put this up against a wall, leave at least a 2 foot gap for the reclining back.

  The other reviews are right about delivery. Make sure someone is around to carry it in when they deliver. They just dump it at the door. Still gave it 5 stars as, once inside, it is easy to put together and is very comfy! My mother-in-law has trouble getting up out of the chair so got her this. She loves it! Has made life a lot easier.

  That little bit higher helps

  The fact that the seat is higher has made a big difference can get out of the chairNo assistance does not use the recliner much back not quite high enough for him have to putA cushion behind his head but works well and grandchildren fascinated by itSeems strong comfortable and well worth the money only problem due to Covid not allowed to bring it inBut did kindly put the box inside the doorway so I could push it through to heavy to carry but happy delivered earlyand helped as much as they could

  Great chair. Easy to assemble. Comfortable and extremely quiet motor.Good point on the remote switch is that it just has two buttons.This is great for my father who has dementia to use.Highly recommend.
