  My only problem was getting it through my front door as is not delivered into the home. The box was too big to get through the door so had to be unpacked outside (not good if it is raining) whilst I appreciate the covid rules, as this chair is made for people with mobility issues, leaving it outside the front door with no-one to help is not helpful to an elderly person. Having said that it is s well made comfy chair.

  I have had and used this fantastic chair for several weeks now and can highly recommend. Great communication from seller, delivery team were very friendly and located the chair exactly where I needed it. They were well worthy of the 'drink'we gave them.The chair itself is very comfortable. The build and materials are very good. The massage function was an added bonus but one that I,m glad it has because it does relieve my severe back problems. Of interest, a massage function on another chair that was demonstrated to me would cost an extra £400!The fact that it has duel motors was important to me because it means that I can get a posture that is really comfortable by controlling the backrest and footrest independently, not all chairs, even ones costing seven times as much as this one can boast this, especially with the massage function.Buy with confidence.

  Exceptional quality build using quality materials all for an unbelievably low price. Can easily be built by yourself as all mechanics & electronics are complete, a second person can be helpful when chair needs to be lifted unto its back to fit castors. Chair is well proportioned for my 5 ft 10 ins medium frame. Wow just tried the massage feature, brill. The area for massage can be selected from hips to shoulders and the massage pattern & intensity can all be chosen or a full auto can be selected along with heat and duration before cutting off, all in all a delightful comfortable durable chair. The remote control takes a bit of time to work as the buttons perform varies functions depending when pressed soon becomesclear after several trys & errors better than a huge remote with only single use buttons.There is also a 2nd remote which controls the superb massage functions. This allows control of the areas for massage, shoulders, lumbar & hips or all 3 areas in sequence. The massage pattern is also controlled along with the intensity or simply set to auto & select the timer for total handle free relaxation. Heat can then also be introduced for complete effect.

  Lovely comfortable chair. Easily assembled. very good massage facility. My only criticism is that the control handset is difficult to work for the elderly. ( I have difficulty and I'm not elderly) the buttons could be marked more clearly. Maybe the arrows in a contrasting colour. But apart from that its ideal.

  The chair is very good value does everything it should do my wife is very pleased with the heat and massage the only thing you have to be prepared for is when it arrives you do have to get it in to place and assemble your self if like us you are over 80 you will need some hrlpBut all very worth it can fully recommend

  It was a lovely chair and would have been perfect. Unfortunately my Nan passed away before she got chance to use it however, it would have made her life so much easier and she would have loved it. The company we purchased it off were so understanding about our situation and arranged collection immediately, they even re- boxed it for us, and a full refund was issued with no hesitation. Would highly recommend product and seller. Best customer service I have ever received. Showed sympathy, compassion and professionalism.
