- What is the recommended usage time please?The automatic program (very good to get to know all the different functions) switches off automatically after 15 minutes and that's also the recommended usage time. You can do several times a day but should not do longer than 15 / 20 minutes at once.
- Does everyone else make a very loud click sound when the nodules reaches the top of the back massage bit in shiatsu mode?nearly 4 months now, no problem at all. Better you contact the seller with a video.

- Can use it my car ?If you can source a suitable 12v cable... The unit is supplied with a wall power supply which plugs into a standard 5.5mm 12 flying socket on the massager. A big benefit of this massager is that it has a rigid back - fantastic for home use but does mean it may not sit well on a car seat.
