I am an electrician and could see that it was no where near bright enough. I ended up giving it away to one of my friends for his small hallway.

Looks great, 1 concernThis is a lovely LED light that matches one I have in my bedroom, but on a smaller scale.Installation is very simple and you mount the bracket first, connect the wires and then fix to the bracket. Very easy. One concern is that this doesn't have an earth wire.I read up that LEDs don't need them but some of the lights I have (even from the same brand) do have an earth so I am not sure why this one doesn't. Concerning as the body is made of metal. However no issues so far.Looks great, nice and bright for my hallway and easy to install. Can't go wrong.

- Hi, can this light be put up on a bathroom ceiling? Does it have any prtection from moisture?No. I am an electrician and I can confirm that this light has not got adequate IP protection to be installed in a bathroom
- Shouldn't this light have an earth? As the base of the light is metal?No. There is a natural break due to connection inside is plastic.
- Has no earth, needed because of metal bottomThere is no connection to the metal base. We had a professional check it out and they are fine for UK as plastic connection internally.
