- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2021Mostly goodInstallation is straightforward - except that the push connectors only accept thin wires so you may have to add a thin 3 core wire to your lighting circuit; a terminal block with screws might have been better. Similarly the fixing screws into the ceiling struck me as a little thin for the task, so I chose to replace them with thicker screws.The fan works well with a wide range of fan speeds and light intensities. My only criticism is that the unit beeps loudly when acknowledging the commands of the remote control. As far as I know there is no way to silence the beeps non-destructively. However if you run the fan/lights and don't change the settings there will be no beeps to disturb other people.I've not yet had to sleep with the unit on, so far I just run it in the evening to 'de-layer' the air, which it does. My 5 year old granddaughter likes the lightshade as it not plain but shows 'sparkles' when the light is on. She mastered the remote control easily too.So overall not perfect but fully acceptable. A change to the fixings and being able to silence the beep would make this a 5 star review.
