- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 November 2019A tap with a basic design fault - do not buyThis tap is produced by a supposedly quality maker. I have now had 2 taps and 3 engineer visits - it still leaks after use. We get constant dripping until the hose is empty. This is a basic fault and obviously a design error. Not something you would expect from a 'quality producer'. My advice do not waste your money - go elsewhere.

- Is the pull out hose a metal shower like hose or fibre? I’ve had fibre ones before and friction prevents the pull out hose retracting properly.It is fibre. Retracts ok, but a bit noisy due to friction. Also, make sure you have enough space under the sink for the weight to drop and move freely. In mine there is a pipe in the way and the weight bumps onto it making the retraction slower and clunkier. Not a design fault by Grohe, but of my under sink crowded space.
- The tap in image looks chrome.. is it supersteel as description?No, received two chrome (one as replacement), in the end had to return both!
- How long is the hose?about a foot long but is adjustable at point of installation.
