- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2020Great looking and functioning tap.We recently moved back to the UK from the a US where single handle mixer taps with pull out hose heads with a 'shower spray' option are the standard. We upgraded to a touchless version like this and loved it. It is a common upgrade over there with lots of choice of taps to buy. When we got back to the UK we couldn't live with out the touchlea functionality but were frustrated by the lack of options pr the ridiculously expensive price. This tap had everything and more. The hand waving activation was great. It stays on the stream function you leave it on and the pull out sensor function is so handy. Only disappintment is the head could have been made a little more solidly but it still feels high quality. Installation is straight forward for a DIY-er. You need to use the supplied adapters which for the water pipes. Just make sure you put the worktop seal on before you feed the pipes and cable down through the hole on your sink. Battery life should be long based on experience we had with the US one - had it three years and never had to change them.AA batteries are NOT included. This thing is made by an American company based upon the guarantee language. Very happy and more importantly so is my wife. Makes a kitchen tap some thing you enjoy using and means no more raw meat juice on your tap handle.

We did a lot of research as location makes changing this a big job and we don’t want to have to do it again for as many years as possible. The previous tap had already been removed so we were desperately awaiting delivery of this one. When it arrived, we were seriously disappointed to discover that the base plate and spray head are both made out of plastic. While they look the part, we’re obviously sceptical about how long they will continue to stay looking pristine, as inevitable water marks will be difficult to remove effectively without damaging the plastic. We had no choice but to fit the tap, but if we’d not had such an urgent need we’d probably have returned for a refund. At this price we’d expected it to be all metal.

I have been using for 2 weeks now and it is a welcome addition to the kitchen. Very easy to just pass by and turn on and off using the two available sensors. No need to keep adjusting for hot and cold as you can leave it on a constant rate and temperture. Also love the water saving feature where it will turn off after three minutes.I would definately recommend this tap for any kitchen.
