Thank you so much for the speedy new delivery, that was super impressive! The new plates that arrived, were unfortunately also broken. The good news is that there are 6 whole plates in total out of the two packets(I didn’t open the first pack, but it seems 4 plates are broken in the first batch and 2 in the second. I do have six plates hopefully. It all worked out in the end. Beautiful plates, I love them

the plates are Amazing and im really happy with them! Sadly, the packaging was damaged and the plates broke. Could the seller please get in touch with asap as I can't find your details. I hope we can resolve this issue as I really liked the plates

2 plates smashed to bits. 2 plates with scratches and chips. Pretty poor really.Replacement delivery also smashed!
