This was not apparent on delivery as i kept the box flat. I opened it and subsequently found that one glass was broken. As it had passed the 3 days notification period, I assumed as it stated that i would not be eligible for a refund. I am not keen on ordering again and now feel like i am stuck with 5 glasses instead of using 6.
