Whether electric, gas, halogen, glass ceramic or induction: The bi-metal base made of aluminium and steel is quickly at temperature on any hob to cook your food in a gentle way. The low rim and the non-stick properties make them particularly good for swinging turning egg cakes, fried eggs on both sides or crispy potato buffers. But even colourful vegetables or delicate fish fillets can be prepared in your new favourite pan. Granitium non-stick coating

For particularly gentle or low-fat cooking, a non-stick coating is indispensable nowadays. Even without the addition of oil, food does not stick to the pan, which also greatly reduces the risk of baking or burning. However, the Ballarini granitium coating can do much more than this: Consisting of 5 layers and reinforced by additional mineral particles, this is particularly resistant and heat-resistant.

Oven-safe

Even the handle of the Ballarini pan can look more than just good: The stainless steel ergonomically shaped handle is extremely stable thanks to the riveting and ensures safe handling. During the cooking process, it remains pleasantly cool and thanks to its heat-resistant properties up to 250°, the frying pan can also be used in the oven.

Quick cleaning.

The pan is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher, which is why you do not need to spend much time for washing up even after frying with oil. But thanks to the non-stick coating, it can be washed just as quickly and easily by hand. Let it cool first to avoid strong temperature differences and deformation of the aluminium pan, then simply rinse with water and a soft sponge to make it ready for the next recipe.
