    Tower Freedom pans

Excellent set of pans, with detachable handle to facilitate easy storage / stacking. After three months’ use I can report no sticking of food, so easy to wipe clean, and they look as good as the day they arrived. Good, even heat distribution when cooking eggs, fish etc, and you hardly need any oil to start off with.Delighted with these - now my ‘go-to’ pans

Great for under the grill too.

Easy to clean, and good under the grill to brown top of the meal. Unfortunately the smaller pan doesn't connect to the induction hob easily, needs a few tries to get it working. Great for storage too with the handle detached.

    Best pans on the market
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2021
By far the best pans I have ever used. They are decent size, none stick and very good quality , the way they stack is very clever with no handles taking up cupboard space, I also have the pan set they’re great to

    Non-stick didn't last.

Was good within the first few weeks. Now everything is sticking such a disappointment. Also, didn't come with lid.

    One piece missing

When I opened the box there was 1 piece missing. I haven’t received the handle. Very disappointing as I can’t use the cookware.

Great at first but quickly loses non stick function after a month

after one month non stick function doesn’t work well, eggs in particular stick to the pan often, even when using oil

Great for cooking on the hob and in the oven
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 March 2021
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was pleasantly surprised by this cookware set, it is very easy to clean, and to cook with. The non-stick ceramic coating works like a charm and is much safer than Teflon, it is still not advisable to use the cookware once the surface has deep scratches since the aluminium might leak into the food, and that can be dangerous, however, if you only use the wooden and silicone utensils with non-stick cookware as you should, then there should not be any issues such as that. The cookware set can be used on almost any type of hob, and in the oven (260 C), (210C with the lid) on both occasions without a handle, which is so convenient and all cookware should be able to do that. The removable handles are great and hold the pans very securely, I was afraid they would be wobbly or problematic to hold the pans when carrying lots of food, however, I had no issues whatsoever. I would only recommend getting at least two handles as otherwise, you might end up constantly having to switch one between the two pans.I love how easily stackable the set is, given the pans do not have handles. Do note that for safe storage I would advise using the pan protectors, so the ceramic coating doesn't get scratched up when stacked. The Tower freedom cookware range is made out of aluminium with ceramic coating making it very lightweight thus easy to handle. It is surprisingly durable, but some care has to be taken in order to prevent aluminium from warping, e.g. not pouring cold water into the hot cookware. In the instruction manual, it states that it is not advisable to wash it in the dishwasher too often, instead to use gentle hand washing with non-abrasive dishwashing sponges, this could be slightly annoying, however, given how non-stick they are, they are quite easy to clean.Overall, I would definitely recommend this set, they are not something that will last forever, but for the price, they are quite a good deal, and the ability to remove handles makes this set so appealing.

  • do these pans come with lids
nope, they do not come with lids. i received only 2 pans and 1 handle.
  • What is the maximum oven temperature the pans are advised for?
I’ve used them in a 200c oven and their fine.
  • Are they suitable for induction?
Not to sure. But I have been told that any pan that takes a magnet at the bottom can be used on an induction stove. These pans do hold a magnet
