  33% duty cycle, so really only 200W of heat!

  I'm very disappointed with this item. The most important fault? Due to the overheat protection, the unit heats up in about 3 minutes, and then switches off for 6! As a result, the average power it can put out is only 200W, which isn't really enough when advertised as a 650W unit. It just can't dissipate the 650W of heat, as the fins are not big enough. Save yourself some money and buy one with a bigger surface area.Additionally, the manual shows how to install the feet, but the pictures on amazon and in the manual all show the front foot installed the wrong way around, so the foot doesn't clip into the unit. Turn it round so theres a rounded corner on the front and it does clip in.

  Poor heat output..

  Please dont buy this,item itself is very cute and looks nice in a bedroom and i was soo hoping it would do the job as a ideal size and thought the 650watt ouput would be sufficient for a small room but how BIG of a let down ,leaving it run for 1hr come back to the room to find it made no difference in room temp.Basically the heat output is next to nothing and borders on useless.Pls avoid buying for any room bigger than 3ft x 3ft

  just not good enough, not warm enough. If you sit with it by your feet then it's as good as a hot water bottlesadly just when we needed heat, as our central heating controls were playing up. I bought this and it let me down.I hate writing this review as the product looks pretty but it just is not good enough. I would ask for a full refund but I;ve had the flu. so buy a bigger product next time perhaps, but this one. never

  Hand warmer??

  I bought this to take the chill off our downstairs under stairs toilet for the winter months, unfortunately the first one that came was dented and looked like the box had been opened before as it was roughly sellotaped up. Amazon was great and sent me out a replacement within a couple of days, when the replacement came this too was roughly sellotaped up but checked it out and there was no damage so plugged it in.After 3 hours I thought I would check out how warm the room was but too my surprise the room was just as cold but the heater was piping hot!If you want a hand warmer then this is for you, if you want it to warm a cupboard sized room forget it, I remember having oil filled radiators back in the 70’s in my bedroom before central heating and kept me warm, unfortunately this product is useless as a heater.

  Doesn’t heat a tiny room

  It doesn’t heat the room, no matter how small. I can’t believe this is an Amazon choice. It’s useless. I will be returning it.

  Sadly arrived broken

  Unfortunately arrived broken. It said it was pressure tested? Then why is there a crack on the radiator? Leaked oil in the box n all over the instructions too sadly. Box looked intact, like no damage. Very cute size though if you're heating a tiny room thats 1.5x1.5m. Maybe no quality control checks on this item before boxing?

  Nice item but i returned it as soon as I opened the box and clearly can tell its a returned item, with scratches. Really annoyed that what i paid for i get seconds. No quality control.

  Small but does the job

  If Barbie made radiators..I purchased this for under my work desk during the recent cold wintertime weather and if nothing else, it gave me and my work colleagues a good chuckle!It’s absolutely tiny!In saying that for the size of it, it has helped to take some of the chill out of my day and stop my feet and legs feeling like blocks of ice so I suppose it has done it’s job.The warmth at its maximum setting is warm, but only warm enough that I can actually rest my legs (in trousers) against it without feeling any burn or discomfort, so I suppose for £20 it’s done what I needed it to do.

  Basically no heat

  I had this on full power under my desk in October, and it didn't even sufficiently heat my legs in a tiny space when we hadn't yet reached the coldest part of the year. So this is completely useless. It gives off almost no heat. You can buy much better items for a similar price, I really don't recommend this. I have returned it for a refund.
