- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 December 2018Beautiful Fireplace, Pity About the Noise!Having never before had an electric fire I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival I was very impressed, although with mine there was a small dent. However, I shrugged this off and set everything up. It seemed to all be going well... until I turned on my heater. Suddenly there seemed to be a small aircraft going overhead - or at least thats what it sounded like! Such a shame as I love the look on this. I tested it a further two days to see if the noise would dissipate, but yesterday another issue arose; even on the flame only effect, a curious humming noise began which made me immediately switch off the whole thing just in case. This fireplace is going back - such a shame!Returning this seems to be almost as much of a headache as turning it on. The courier never arrived for the first booked returns, and it remains to be seen if they will show up tomorrow! Buyer beware if you have a problem...
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 November 2018Noisy!This is a smart fireplace, modern and contemporary in design. It looks good and doesn't overwhelm my small cottage sitting room. However the downside is it's noisy just on the flame effect alone, it buzzes. But the fan heater side is even worse. When it's switched on the first setting alone it's terribly noisy so much so I can't hear the television! So in this respect very disappointing......
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2017Check your measurementsI like how this looks, but the dimensions listed on the product description are wrong: it's actually W773mm, H753mm, D240mm (I may be a few mm off there, but it's NOT 81cm).This makes it unsuitable for our alcove, and being such a heavy product (for a lone female) a real pain to return. However, I have to return this sadly.

The noises are fine for me, it’s not louder than any other fan heater.Great value for money and just lovely!

Generally, love it.It stands itself, doesn't need to be attached to the wall.It has 3 switches: 1- just for light and it looks very beautiful (my favourite). 2 others for the level of hit and speed (here is the cons- it works as a car fan- quite noisy and smelly, blowing a hot air out.) I don't really like it and didn't keep it on for long. Still-stunning look.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 August 2016looks nice and delivery was fastlooks nice and delivery was fast. theres a but, the motor for the light has a hum but this gets really noisy when the pebbles go on as it vibrates them. ive tried many arrangements with the pebbles but it still comes back and sometimes louder than when placed on. I'm contemplating sticking them together as its that irritating

Couldn't have found anything more ideal than this, as it was not too large, very neatly put together and looks really warm and inviting on these cold nights. Have had no need to use the heating facility as new heating is more than sufficient, but overall am delighted with this item.

- recieved fire.not woking can somone please take back . needed for heat i am81yrs old sent phone no yesterdayYou will need to contact the supplier about this . If the fires not working and you’ve just purchased it they should replace it . Perhaps you could get a family member to have a look at it for you . I hope you get it sorted .
