  BEWARE, if damaged on arrival you have to paid for return

  A very large, sturdy umbrella but it arrived damaged on arrival in two places which would have been done prior to sending as the packaging was not damaged at all. Upon starting the return process, it appears because it is sold by Amazon EU I have to arrange the return back to Germany at my expense! Starting price is £36+ via Parcel force. This utterly disappointing and infuriating from Amazon as this is a damaged item, not a 'change of mind' you have breached your fulfilment contract.

  Connection piece faulty

  Overall good build quality. The only issue we have is that the lock button that should pop out when you connect the two poles together, however in our case the piece is slightly faulty & doesn’t pop out. Hopefully not a design flaw. The result is that the top section can twist and isn’t secure.

  Very strong parasol

  This parasol is very strong as all the ribs are metal. It is also taller than most parasols and the colour is striking. The wind up mechanism is definitely needed and works well, the angle button is easy enough to push in. very pleased with my 2 parasols and at a very reasonable price, however I do prefer parasols made in wood as they are lighter, but that is a personal choice, would I purchase these again if I need more, YES!

  Super-easy to put up, all seems to be in order and working. Photos taken on day of arrival, so time will tell if it’s up to the job and will last. Looks promising so far, just need some Sun now !

  Strong, sturdy umbrella in numerous colours

  Strong, sturdy umbrella with easy wind up system & tilt function. Love the orange colour. Worth the wait for delivery, as great value for the price I paid with free delivery! Highly recommended. Amazon cream & brown basic cover fits it well also & has kept the umbrella completely dry in all the May rain we have had! I bought the matching cover for our small barbecue, which also did the job perfectly. All in all very pleased with my Amazon purchases, as other suppliers tended to be a lot more expensive for what I wanted.

  Do NOT buy - it will break!!

  TERRIBLE... DO NOT BUY this cheap plastic/fake metal product... the mechanism failed to open and close as the plastic had cracked and the umbrella broke within an hour of being up and there was NO wind! Complete waste of money!

  Ripped in under a month

  Purchased 10 of these for an outdoor break out space at work. Used very infrequently on sunny days during a lunch break. Already 1 umbrella has ripped and another is just starting to rip. Contacted Amazon who were remotely uninterested in offering to send replacement. I spend thousands with Amazon, these were probably made in China looked good in the picture but cheap build quality!!

  Waiting for better weather

  Delivered but took month to arrive when said it was in stock. Poor supply. Still boxed as not best weather to put up. Chinese again you don't know origin until it arrives.

  Well made garden patio parasol with the right colour of canopy

  Well pleased with this product which is sturdy and the right colour of canopy( orange) which we ordered It was easy to assemble and seems to be a better quality than are old garden parasol. There was some delay with the delivery as it came via the EU, but it well worth waiting for

  Not as good as it looks on the picture.

  Size was good, not particularly sturdy for the price had expected better, could have paid less for one far better. Was a bit difficult pushing one pole into the other but managed it, now I can take them apart, so luckily I have room in the garage to lay it on its side to store it. Would I recommend this NO.
