Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 May 2020Good for storage.I use this for sewing and cutting out fabric. Great for what I need it for. Would be very useful for a dining table too. It took almost 3 hours for 2 of us to put together. Stores folded and lots looks lovely.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 March 2020Very simple to put togetherAbsolutely fabulous, perfect for my small home, it took me a few hours to put it together because I am a pensioner and live alone, the instructions were so easy to follow, and everything was lettered and numbered, it it smashing, I would recommend it to anyone
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 January 2020Great Value!I am impressed with the overall structure, bought for a craft table and more than adequate, very sturdy, and there are actually 4 internal storage cubes not 2, making it even better value for money! Building it was a project in itself and took me just over 3 hours, but as it says 2 man job - 3 hours, I don't think that was bad for 50 something lady with an electric screwdriver! Which is a must... I don't think I would have managed without it. The only downside is the weight, it does need 2 people, castors would have been great. I may add some!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2021OKMy table arrived in a timely fashion and well packaged. Putting it together requires a fair bit of space & time. When assembling my table I found one of the footings didn't fit the hole it was meant for. Thankfully it was the hole that was too big so plenty of PTFE (plumbers latex type tape 50p from your local diy store) wrapped around the thread beefed it up enough to make it fit. Once assembled it's heavy. Heavy is one thing, the ability to move it is another. Unfortunately there is nothing to grab hold of in order to pick it up and move it around the room. This is a big failing. So, in short, apart from bits not fitting, being heavy and unwieldy, it's not too bad... although I wouldn't buy it again now I know what to look for in a table.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 March 2020Really good table, would 100% recommendThis was such a good buy for the price. Make sure you have an electric drill at hand, unless you want to spend way to much time putting it together. It's a great colour, great size and is amazing for a home office surface or dining table.Would 100% recommend!!!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2018Quite easy to put together and looks quite niceQuite easy to put together and looks quite nice. One part it a bit time consuming when putting the drop leaf on. You have to make 18holes for the screws ?
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 May 2021Great solution for smaller homes or people who need the extra space.Fits nicely into our home. Great for smaller homes as most homes being built these days are smaller. It's a bonus to have some storage space in the void although one of the cubes is unusable for us due to the backing being on the wrong side. My main mark down is the instructions could have been made a bit clearer. I've built a lot of flat packs and this one some of the instructions it's not clear what way round the bits need to be screwed together. So take extra time to work it out. That being said now it's built its a nice sturdy table. Only thing I would do to improve it is have handle holds in the side panels to allow for easier moving and possibly wheels on the arms which come out to hold up the leaves.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 April 2021Strong quality table.Once assembled this becomes a very sturdy table.Very well packed and a feel of quality when assembling. Everything is clearly identified and the instructions are straightforward. It is quite heavy when fully assembled, but that is down to the quality of the materials used.As others have stated, there are no holding points on the table for your hands to get a grip on to move it around, but 2 people can manage it ok.Would I recommend it to others, definitely. Would I buy another, without hesitation. There are cheaper tables around but they won’t be as strong as this one for sure. You get what you pay for.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 March 2020Great for small spaces! This has been a great addition to out little flat, my girlfriend is studying and we are both also working from home occasionally so it has been great to have a desk we can both sit at when needed. We also used it for a dinner table when we had friends over on the weekend. It was a bit cozy but we fit 6 people around it to eatA bit time consuming to construct but a relatively easy process (took me about 2 hours)
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 January 2020Versatile productI bought two of these, one as a dinning table and one as a desk. I can combine them to make a larger dining table when I need to. It did take rather long time to put it together as the instructions were not easy to follow.
Customer questions and answers
- Is it strong enough for a sewing machine tableYes but I would suggest putting wheel on it if you intend to move it as there are not handles and it is difficult to move other wise
- Is it possible to put it together in a way that will give a full width shelf instead of the 2 cubes on one (or both) of the levels? It would be possible, but unwise as the removal of the vertical dividers would weaken the structure Hamish
- Would it be possible to attach 6 small wheels to help with the moving when opening and closing? ThanksPossibly. However, I think to be honest, if you can get hold of some strong handles that would work better. We've (2 ppl) been able to move it around without too much bother- it's just difficult because there's nothing to grip onto.
- Where is this made and posted fromMy English is very poor. Sorry for that. I bought it from Amazon. I use it in my small sitting room. I am happy with it. If something will wrong with I will throw away it and buy something different.
