I panicked and had visions of sitting on the floor on Christmas Day, so I contacted TUKAILAI via Amazon. Fast response and reassured me the rest of the order was on the way, even providing me with tracking numbers! Fantastic customer service! The chairs arrived and where very easy to assemble. They are stunning very well made, sturdy with comfortable seating and definitely look far more expensive than the price paid! I would highly recommended. (I’m having home renovations so not the best picture).
