The chairs arrived via two separate deliveries, the chair seats first, followed by the legs a couple of days later. I panicked and had visions of sitting on the floor on Christmas Day, so I contacted TUKAILAI via Amazon. Fast response and reassured me the rest of the order was on the way, even providing me with tracking numbers! Fantastic customer service! The chairs arrived and where very easy to assemble. They are stunning very well made, sturdy with comfortable seating and definitely look far more expensive than the price paid! I would highly recommended. (I’m having home renovations so not the best picture).

I am yet to assemble the chairs, but have inspected the seats and they are good quality. Very pleased with the purchase and especially the value for money for 2 chairs for this price. I may purchase more once I know the size of our dining room table! They also arrived ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise

Really impressed with the quality of these chairs by Tukailai. Easy to assemble with only the legs needing attached with bolts. The upholstery seems well stitched as well. Quality item at a great price.

Love these chairs. I found them on Amazon at nearly half the price I’d seen them in a high quality store so I was hoping they will be as good a quality. They absolutely are. Sturdy comfy and good quality just as advertised

Great chairs, sturdy, comfy and look lovely, although can’t make out if they have a slight green tint to them although they are navy blue. Either way look great in the room.
