And very well packaged.The box is very sturdy with the legs and screws well packaged.The material of the chair is a very soft linen/wool like fabric. Not sure of the proper term, but its soft and not harsh. Its a horizontal sprung cushion, so it is very comfortable. The workmanship is very good and assembly is easy.Make sure when assemling the legs that the threaded inserts are to the outside.The chair is simply put together by unzipping the handy cover underneath, and there are 8 allen bolts to insert.=====|=/=[ ]Flat washer against the wood, springwasher between the washer and bolt head.All in all, a lovely product that works well with dressing tables. Nice sturdy chair. Why pay for a hard dressing table stool, this chair is so much better and only a few quid more.

Well worth the money I was abit dubious because they are cheaper than competitors but the quality is amazing I've had loads of positive comments about them-Edit. These are poorly made and having to return 2 already as the legs keep coming lose on after sitting on them for a few hours

I bought it to use for home working and I’m so pleased I did.It’s sturdy (I’m rather big) and comfortable and I am as comfortable at the end of the day as I was at the start.Considering buying More for our dining room!

Read the reviewsHad read reviews and seen there was problems with the legs not facing the right way etc but chose to risk buying them anyway because they where a bit cheaper than other sellers but you really do get what you pay for. Seating area and fabric is lovely but the legs are awful. Some look back to front. I bought 4 chairs and 1 needs returned because one of the legs have been broke and glued back together prior to me receiving them, and not only do I need to return this and be a chair short, but I’ve to pay for the return myself! Even though it’s of no fault of mine. I’m just hoping the refund will come through quick enough so I can buy my 4th chair again
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 June 2019Will not be buying again.This chair looks nice, it is comfy.... for my requirements (a few hours here and there)HOWEVER as for putting it together and instructions and workmanship of this chair - POOR QUALITY.The chair legs are the only thing a that need putting together (easy!, I’ve renovated houses, this is a doddle -) ummm well firstly one chair leg had not been sawn off properly and a piece left meaning it would not go down into its slot - so I had to finish the job and saw that off - then the boss’ were back to front (or so I thought) - nope they were all back to front so after many times putting the legs on and off I realised that I actually had to put the legs in with the boss’ in backwards to how they would normally be for them to thread just because they were round the wrong way - this is ok but means the wood on the chair was threading and splintering (bad design) next was the last back leg......Well there was a piece of wood in the way because once again someone in the factory obviously hadn’t hammered or screwed it into place and it was not where it should be and therefore stopping the leg going down. With much much struggle I managed however hurting my hand and it has caught the wood. Luckily you can’t see the wood but it’s not supposed to be like that and it’s all because of bad design and workmanship. It needs sorting out.The chair now looks and feels fine - I just hope there is no need for the legs to ever come off again! I will not be buying from this company again.

One in terrible condition stitching all over the place as pictures show. Rotten wood underneath, staples not closed properly so you can’t get legs in. I can only think they are rejects or second. Cheap rubbish from China, not checked or quality controlled by the seller at all.Amazon even contacted them asking the replacement was checked.DO NOT WASTE YOUR LIFE order from someone else. Company doesn’t care. They offered no compensation for damaged chairs. I can return them at my own cost if I want which means you might as well just chuck some money down the drain and move on, quickest way to achieve the same results.

The upholstery is very good and looks very smart however I think the legs have the metal fitting inserted the wrong side and unless you want the legs all facing inwards like a spinning top - unlikely I think! - then it’s almost impossible to get a fix on the thread and the legs on! Should have been an easy job but was a total nightmare. Instructions were vague and inadequate. Colour described as neutral is a strange browny/grey...just about ok but in my opinion not really neutral.

Some screws missing & they sent replacements but wrong ones I’m waiting on correct ones but 5 up & been used & look good. Little fiddly putting legs on but for price it’s a small price to pay as all others like this are more expensive
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 September 2021Grey ChairThe chair is matt medium grey in velvet material, it gets delivered with just 4 legs to attach, the front legs took me two attempts to attach but once I realised they weren't right (as per photo) I reattached them the right way around, when attaching front legs it can be confusing look at photos then screw up but not fully tighten, look at photo and see if it's matches, if not unscrew and turn them around, back legs were easy, once 80% screwed in legs look at photo, if happy 100% tighten them, once I'd put it together it was lovely, very comfortable and sturdy, I didn't nearly order as other reviews said had problems with front legs attaching, I did but once I realised I had put them on wrong way, easy to change before finishing chair, highly recommend this chair.
