HNNHOME MODERN EMPER PADDED SWIVEL FAUX LEATHER BREAKFAST

Customer Review

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Turned out to be a dangerous product
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 December 2018
The welds at the base of the stool gave way and caused a relative of mine to fall to the floor and injure herself. I will now be seeking to ask HNN HOME for their thoughts on the build quality of this product and indeed to what safety standards it complys.Admittedly we have had the stool for quite a while however; it has not been subject to abuse or any strain over and above that which it would have to be designed to endure i.e. day to day family usage. When this product failed, the result was quite dramatic, the occupier fell backwards over the back of the stool onto a hard kitchen floor. Other injuries were caused by the fact that the occupier subsequently hit their head on the corner of a kitchen unit and twisted their knee because their feet had slipped between the main pole and the foot rest. It was, in my opinion, quite an attractive stool and quite comfortable but..... mine obviously had a flaw, the welds were such that they compromised the safety of the product.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Chair not fit for purposes
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 July 2021
I bought this chair for my kitchen which, I was very happy with when the chair first arrived. It was comfortable, looked great and, it also was a really great addition to my newly decorated kitchen. But, only after a month of myself and my 83 year old mother using it the, back of the chair snapped at the chairs two welded points on what, was the area meant to support your back whilest using the chair in a normal manner. When it snapped whiles my mother was sitting on it she, smacked her head on my fridge freezer which, left a lump on the back of her head and, luckily she was only needed a cold pack and a couple of headache tablets. The matter could have been much worse if my fridge freezer wasn't behind her because, She would have fallen back on to my concrete kitchen floor.I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing this item to think twice about doing so, after reading my review. As I mentioned it was only used by myself whom, is a slim guy and my mother whom also, is a very small framed built older lady. This chair is not fit for purpose. Also, when I contacted the seller, not amazon they showed me no concern for my mother's well being on this matter or, the situation at hand. Not impressed at all.

This is hands down the best stool ive ever ordered. i work as a cnc programmer in a very busy workshop and i needed something to sit on while i programmed things on CAD. Its a very rough environment for a chair, with shards of metal everywhere and cutting fluid and oil all over the place, and this chair does an AMAZING job. very very comfey, very adjustable, all round a great product!

Looked and felt OK. Easy to assemble and are comfortable. Was pleased with them however the welding broke on the back rest of one about two weeks after purchase. This being with someone only weighing no more than 66 kg using it.Very disappointing will not purchase again

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Good product, excellent customer service

Chair was as expected - looks good and sturdy and comfortable. After c. 15 months I had an issue where the base became loose and thought that was likely to be the end of the chair, but after emailing the seller they instantly sent out a replacement bottom half of the chair within 2 days - far better service than I'd hoped for and would thoroughly recommend.

These have got to be the most comfortable bar stools I have ever sat on and believe me, I've sat at a lot of bars. Really easy to put together and very stylish. Everyone that has seen them has admired them and asked where I got them from.

These bar stools look really good and are so very comfortable. They are really easy to assemble and so easy to clean, just give them a wipe over. Packaged really well and were delivered a little early. Would certainly recommend.
