First delivery arrived with a broke glass as the outer box was way too big and it had obviously been moving about in transit. But once I reported this, a new box was sent straight out, and the original ones returned.

Ive had these glasses for 6 months and I accidentally knocked one over onto the kitchen worktop. It broke, but did not smash into lots of little bits like cheaper ones. Very sturdy and had lots of compliments on how lovely they are. Would highly recommend and will be buying again.

- I have a set and broke one flute. Could I order only one other than the whole set of 4?I'm not the seller, I don't know.
- Are they dishwasher proof?I would definitely not put these glasses in the dishwasher as the glass is very fine crystal. They are beautiful glasses but safer to hand wash.
- How tall qre these?I have just measured and they are pretty much 25cm exactly. Hope this helps.
