- Do the handles get hot when using on gas stove?Yes! Very disappointing. Avoid the metal handles and lids, as the lids get too hot as well!
- can I just buy a Valencia frying pan instead of the whole set please?Thank youHi Adrian ..sorry I don't know.. I didn't buy the pan . I bought 3 three Greenpan saucepans which I still enjoy. Declan
