Customer Review
- ★★★★★ Useful space heaterReviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 November 2020This is a nice looking radiator with lots of features. I particularly like the three heat level you can set temperature yourself, defrost, night and comfort. I use it in the garage loft so it never gets too cold or troubled with frost but can heat the place comfortably when needed. the user defined programmes are well thought out and very flexible but it is a bit of a fiddle to set up or change and is not that intuitive often requiring reference to the instructions
- ★★★★★ A little smasher.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 October 2016First one didn't work. Seller was brilliant and sent another to replace it straight away. This one works fine. Quiet in operation and nice and warm. The little wheel in the electricity meter doesn't whizz round either. Just the job. And go to Futura for it, they're well recommended too.
- ★★★★★ Works well once on wall. Still trying to work out timerReviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 December 2019Installing the product was simple but I had you used logic and not the Futura instructions. They refer the reader to a webpage that is supposed to have YouTube clips, but all I found was that I could have saved a lot on money buying it direct. As others have pointed out, the timer function is far too complex. I hope to have this sorted out before summer comes round. Having said all this, it is a good product.
- ★★★★★ EfficientReviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 January 2020V pleased with this replacement for a previous heater. Controls clear. V good heat output. Arrived rapidly after order placed
- ★★★★★ Well made but software problemsReviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 March 2017Product is well made BUT it has a very small display which is difficult to set. I was not able to find ways to set end time despite help from others. All one wants is a thermostat and timer to start and end and I hope manufacturers will re look at the dispaly size and software.
- ★★★★★ Keeps my new craft room nice and warmReviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 May 2021I had to study the instructions for setting the timer - I didn't "get" what the pictures were for! Then realized they were showing the times each programme covered. Simple after that.I'm really pleased with this compact heater
- ★★★★★ Excellent dinky heater!Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 November 2016I'm very pleased with this little heater. It's really compact, but it gives out great heat. When I return home, rather than switch on the central heating, I just put on this little corker and it heats up my living room very quickly. Only negative is the recessed carry handle at the back; if it were more slanted upwards then one's fingers wouldn't slip out - a minor niggle, but one the makers might want to consider.
- ★★★★★ Great little heaterReviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 October 2016Great little heater! It turned my cold little room in to my own personal paradise! There is a tilt switch that will deactivate the heater as soon as it leans or is picked up. Make sure it is active before using it!It doesn't come with a manual, and as the others have said the carry handle is a little slippery, but how it functions as a heater is deserving of no less than a 5 star rating!Just make sure you leave space behind it so it doesn't overheat, and don't leave stuff in front of it either.
- ★★★★★ Excellent delivery serviceReviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2017Needed a compact heating unit for our new conservatory/garden room. Excellent delivery service, nice looking unit with thermostat and timer. Looks really stylish too - great product, great service - can't ask for anything more than that!
- ★★★★★ BrilliantReviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2021This has fulfilled everything I wanted in my summerhouse even during the freezing weather we’ve just had it’s been toasty warm to work in !!
