Customer Review
- ★★★★★ Not warm at 250watts for small WCReviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 April 2021For a 500mm model the output is 250w, not as the questions said which was misleading and made me order the wrong item. For a small downstairs wc it won’t heat the room. It’s fitted now so not a lot I can do.
- ★★★★★ 3 star could've been a 5starReviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 November 2020Towel rail is as described looks good ....Only down side we have is that the top and the bottom rung dont seem to get hot ....That's why scored it a 3star would've been 5 if had all the radiator hot
- ★★★★★ Works well, looks goodReviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 December 2020Easy to install, looks good and works well. Controller is complicated but works well if you persevere. I looked up the vendor - Companies House says they are no longer trading, which is odd.
- ★★★★★ Great valueReviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 January 2020Arrived well packed and very quickly.Electrician had no problems fitting it. It looks good and so far works well.
- ★★★★★ Love this towel warmerReviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 November 2020We really like these, we didn't install them as we used an electrician. But I must say they look great and they are very stylish
- ★★★★★ Electric chrome towel railReviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 May 2021This towel rsil is just perfect and am very happy with it as it had now been installed and is in use. Thankyou very much!
- ★★★★★ Looks GoodReviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2021I thought I would be able to install this, but as I need a professional I will have to wait until the lockdown allows it.
- ★★★★★ Excellent product let down by the programmerReviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 September 2020The towel rail is an excellent well made product with a good heat output and it was easy to install. I found the programmer though, to be over complicated and difficult to set. It seems to have a mind of its own and is not helped by the rather vague instructions that are supplied.
- ★★★★★ Looks good and does the job.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 August 2019Warms towels very well and used with a timer I can have it turned on/off as I like.
- ★★★★★ Good Quality ProductReviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 April 2021The radiator itself was easy to install but I had some trouble setting up the timer. However there was a telephone help line and I was able to speak to a real person who was very helpful and talked me through things step by step. Thanks Dave !!
