HIGH HEAT OUTPUT. Our electric towel rails, unlike a lot of our competitors have multiple cross bars to provide you with lots of heat output in your bathroom. This will ensure that your towels can dry as well as keeping your bathroom warm and heated. Heat Output: The rails are IP64 rated and are suitable for zone 2 in your bathroom.
BE IN CONTROL: The towel rail is supplied with a 7 day programable timer and a built-in room thermostat. This means you can set the rail to come on and go off whenever you want and set the room temperature to ensure maximum comfort when you need it. The controller has a manual function for the times you want additional heat. Thanks to the controller it will automatically switch on and off to maintain this constant temperature
ENERGY EFFICIENT. Our electric towel rails feature the latest PTC heating elements, which means that when the towel rail is up to working temperature the power used to keep the rail at the correct temperature can reduce by up to 30%, saving you money
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. All our electric towel rails are supplied with everything you need to fit the towel rail to the wall. It comes filled with a rust inhibitor / antifreeze solution, heating element, adjustable wall brackets, wall fixing screws and wall plugs.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 April 2021Not warm at 250watts for small WCFor a 500mm model the output is 250w, not as the questions said which was misleading and made me order the wrong item. For a small downstairs wc it won’t heat the room. It’s fitted now so not a lot I can do.

I found the programmer though, to be over complicated and difficult to set. It seems to have a mind of its own and is not helped by the rather vague instructions that are supplied.

- Does it come with fittingsYes it does. Easy to put together. Best done by an electrician but DIY if you're confident. Don't forget your spirit level!
- can this item be shipped to Saudi Arabia?I’m not sure
- How does the timer/thermostat communicate with the towel rail- wired or battery operated wireless signalling?I assume wired as my electrician said it had to go by the socket as there wasn't a long wire on it.
