Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 March 2020Blimey - was not expecting it to be this goodWe were let down by a high street store, and needed to find a solution quickly, which meant going online. This radiator was every bit as good as the shop one, and at half the price. Installation was easy enough, and we've had no problems with it since installation. I would certainly buy an other one form this manufacturer. It comes in a big cardboard box, very well packed in expanded foam. Includes an instruction leaflet, but installation is pretty obvious. Uses standard size connections.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 August 2019This is a show stopperThis Traditional Victorian Heated Towel Radiator oozes quality, it looks amazing and is built to last, I liked the look of it on line but when it arrived and I unpacked it I was blown away by it. This piece of elegance has furnished my newly refitted bathroom and made it look even better. I would have loved to send an image but I haven't fitted the radiator yet and the carpet isn't down yet.

Customer questions and answers
- does this radiator come with all fittingsNo, you need to buy the connectors of your choice separately. It is also worth buying a set chrome of sleeves and floor plates (only a few pounds) to cover the copper connecting pipes and holes in the floor. Makes for a very smart finish.
- Hi, what are the dimensions to the inlet / return pipe centres? Image 3 is a bit unclear & I have fixed pipes out of the floor!43 MM with the taps fitted. I used chrome pipe and elbows to extend one side as had same problem.
- do the chrome pipes get hot too?Yes you can put your towels on it, I would recommend this 200 per cent and the taps look lovely to complete it, and they matched the toilet and sink I bought from b & q don't hesitate in buying this my bathroom is 9ft x9ft and it warms it up beautifully
- What would the distance be for the two heating pipes coming up from the floor?Good morning. The pipe centres on this radiator are 510mm.
