WATERSTONE MIRRORS & FRAMES LTD 120 X 45CM RECTANGLE

Customer Review

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Cheap mirror but you do get what you paid for.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 April 2021
Mirror arrived on time and the mirror glass itself seemed of a decent quality BUT the plastic fittings and especially the plastic spacers and the “chrome” screw caps are absolute ill-fitting rubbish. It quickly became obvious that whoever prepared this order must have never bothered to check if those cheap plastic parts do actually fit together and with the mirror itself because they do not. After 7 or 8 times of struggling with the constantly falling out plastic spacers we decided to hang the mirror without them, but unfortunately when gently trying to attach the mirror to the wall it cracked in one corner. As the saying goes you get what you paid for and in this case it was cheap but unfortunately it was rubbish. The mirror itself is not that bad hence the two stars review but let the buyer beware and buy your own proper wall fittings of good quality to avoid the same disappointment.

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Good mirror and great service.

Exactly as described and perfect for the inside of the wardrobe. (Remember to measure where your hinges come out to if fitting inside a cupboard or door.) Great service from the vendor too. Really helpful when it had been damaged in transit - though I don’t know how as it was packed really well - received a replacement the next day. If only it made me look prettier!

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Good Mirror, but would be nice to have a Template to make easier to fit.

Very awkward to fit it as no template, plus when fitted the screws were not suitable as once fitted, it didn't have screws where it hid the end of the screw. ( screws were supplied but the stainless cover caps were not deep enough to fit over head of screw. I need to replace them with ones that do!.

Was unable to deliver to my address, so check your area first , shame as would have been easier to have had it delivered, but lucky i was well enough to venture out and found one locally .

• ★★★★★★★★★★ Great quality

Bought this for the back of a bedroom door, great quality, does the job . Was bit of a problem when the 1st order didn’t arrive, seemingly broken in transit but another sent which meant bit of a delay in getting it

• ★★★★★★★★★★ It's a mirror

Easily put up, just remember not to tighten the screws too much. Wife says the mirror is true so she's happy.
