- Is one pillow per side adequate?I am a side sleeper and have since ordered extra wool filling which gives some spring to the feel of the pillow. Without it the pillow goes flat by morning.

- Are chemicals used in the cleaning process. Mine smells still after 10-days' use. It's not so much a sheep smell - more like an ozone/ionized smell.We use a pH7 neutral detergent to clean and wash the wool. This removes the lanolin and kills bacteria. This process is done twice before then being rinsed with warm water. This is all that takes place within the cleaning process.
- What is the return policy?As with anything, from Amazon, that I have purchased, if its no good, tell Amazon, then get a replacement, or money back..... Simple!!
