They were lumpy and never got anywhere near the 24 cms thick that was promised maybe 15 cms at most. I couldn’t justify the £25 price so sent them back

Super comfortable. I usually get headaches and migraines if sleeping on a bad pillow so a comfy pillow is essential for me. My housemate tried my pillows and straight away asked me to get her a set for her bed. We sleep like babies now!

I would've given it a 5 but the material inside somewhat appears to be clumped in certain places, so doesn't uniformly spread across the pillow. Regardless, it is a good purchase for time-being and does the job :)

Best nights sleep in ages. My husband said they are the best pillows he's every used. Really pleased with them. Would definitely buy again.

Even after following fluffing up instructionsone pillow had a thick ridge of filling inside. External fabric good and soft over all very disappointed. No contact for seller otherwise I would have contacted them!!!as suggested!!

This is incorrect because the cloth is not removable (in other words, They do NOT COME WITH ZIPS). This means they must be covered with cases - which is quite a shame because the beauty is in the grey double pipes. Why sell it as machine-washable when this is not true?
