  My experience with tempur

  After deciding to buy a tempur ergonomic pillow i reserached into all of the different pillows tempur offer. I decided on the ergonomic pillow shape. I measured my shoulders and neck to ensure i purchased the correct size pillow. After buying the pillow from argos the packaging was broken and i returned it. I purcashed another from amazon and this was fine. However it feels slightly too big and feel slightly elevated. Ive never measured my body before buying a pillow however this time i did. And still lost out. I decided to purchase ANOTHER tempur pillow which was a different pillow called classic. I ordered from amazon and has arrived and looks as though has an indent in the middle of the pillow. Almost like has been folded and the warranty book is folded and creased. This is not what i expect from a high quality product with its high price tag. I have only recieved the pillow an hour ago and needed to explain my experience with tempur. Once i have spoken with tempur i will update my review.

  Overpriced and Undelivered

  I have a neck issue and thought by paying this amount for a pillow with a reputable brand would be a no brainer. I was wrong. This is no doubt a memory foam pillow but the pillow is so rounded in the middle it’s not a comfortable fit. Promptly returned and purchased one for £30 which was 100% better. Disappointing.

Never in a million years did I think I’d spend so much money on a pillow, let alone buy two of them, but it’s honestly the best investment I’ve ever made and I sleep so much better because of it.It was delivered in a huge box and hadn’t be vacuum packed or folded/rolled/squished up in anyway which was great.The pillow is soft enough that you sink in to it but firm enough to support your head and neck perfectly. I do find that sometimes the side I’m sleeping on gets a little flat, but I just flip the pillow each morning and by the next night it’s back to it’s fuller self again.Though it comes with its own cover (that can easily be removed to be washed) it fits in normal pillow cases fine.Overall I’m extremely happy with this pillow and can’t imagine ever using any other pillow again (I have to take it with me if I’m sleeping anywhere else) and would recommend it to everyone!!!!!

  Firmness options

  I think the pillow is quite good but I would have preferred it to be a bit firmer, when purchased there was no option to choose and I expected it to be firmer than it is. I did email about exchange as I would have swapped for firmer pillow, no satisfaction as seller did not reply to me and only option available was for pick up which did not suit. I still have the package but now too late to send

  It is an expensive pillow, was available cheaper online but I couldn’t buy it because they only accepted uk registered cards. Other than the price it is a great product, i find it a bit too expensive though. It is quite heavy as well but i am happy, i sleep much better since i got it.

  I was a bit unsure of this pillow at first and thought it might have been too firm. However I have been sleeping well on the pillow for around 2 weeks now. I haven't woken up and needed to turn it over in hot weather (keeps me cool) and I also haven't needed to plump it up in the middle of the night.I was previously using a feather pillow, and can say this has improved my sleeping experience.

  Really good for bad necks.

  I bought this pillow for my husband who has a bad neck. And absolutely loves it. But he did say the pillow case on it is lovely and soft but he found the pillow more flexible without the pillowcase, as it compacted the contents to tightly. Really the case could do with being a bit bigger. But it does the job & everyone’s different. But He loves it & it is the most comfortable pillow we’ve found.

  Would not buy again as has not kept its shape and is very uncomfortable after only a couple of months. Quite expensive for the little use I have had out of it!

  Great, comfortable pillow. Don't look back. Buy it, put your head back and relax!Bought as an upgrade to my older tempur pillow that I've had for easily 12 years (sign of durability). Reached its limit and needed to be replaced.

  Very comfortable

  Bought this as a gift. I'm told it is super comfortable but has not noticeably improved quality of sleep.
